ALBA Berlin has expanded its experience with the signing of the former Baskonia security guard Jayson Granger, as the German powerhouse announced on Sunday.

Granger has signed a one-year contract. Granger had previously been played for Baskonia in the past three seasons and played a role in the Spanish club’s last championship during the shortened 2019-2020 season.

After several injuries in the past two years, the security guard from Uruguay returned to an average of 3.6 points, 2.7 assists and 1.4 rebounds per game in the season-ending tournament of the ACB.

After Malaga (2013), Anadolu Efes (2015) and Baskonia (2017), ALBA is the fourth EuroLeague club for grangers.
