The Los Angeles Lakers superstar, Anthony Davis, is one of the best defensive contestants of the year. The 27-year-old striker spoke about his impact on the defense and his arguments for the award.

“I have no case. I let my teammates decide and the fans decide. I just go out and play hard every night. My biggest influence I think I have is defensive. I love to play defense. I love it stopping other players, which makes it difficult for all other players. This is my case in a nutshell, “said Davis.

This season, AD averages 26.7 points, 9.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.4 blocks and 1.4 steals per game for the Lakers.
