Ben Simmons shows “encouraging signs” after injuring his wizard’s knee
The Philadelphia 76ers won their second game in a row at the NBA restart against the Washington Wizards, but unfortunately lost Ben Simmons due to an obvious knee injury.
The first signs of the all-star striker are encouraging for the Sixers, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Australian did not experience any pain or swelling in the knee after leaving the field. The 76ers need victories to improve their record and reputation at the Eastern Conference after losing to the Pacers on the opening night of the season’s restart.
The Sixers’ supersta averages 16.6 points, 7.8 rebounds and 8.1 assists per competition in over 56 games in the regular season.
