Chris Paul says NBA players are eager to play again
NBPA chairman and Oklahoma City Thunder guard Chris Paul (Chris Paul) participated in ESPN’s The Jump on Friday to talk about all the topics of basketball.
Paul has been the chairman of the NBA Players Association since 2013.
During his presidency, he experienced countless challenges, ranging from the Donald Sterling defeat to the coronavirus pandemic.
When discussing the possibility of returning to the game in 2020, Paul said:There must be many difficult conversations and many difficult decisions.“
These decisions will not be partisan.
If the NBA is to return, then the league office and the players ’association must agree on the deal.
“Obviously we want to play. Oh, we have to play. We also want to play well. And I think this is the consensus of everyone in the league … Obviously, we want it to be as safe as possible. But most importantly, we missed the game,Paul continued.
Many of the most outstanding players in the NBA include Chris Paul and LeBron James. Giannis Antetokunmpo, Anthony Davis, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Steph Curry, Kawhi Leonard and Damian Lillard spoke with Commissioner Adam Silver earlier this week.
The report shows that since the conference call, players and personnel are optimistic about completing the 2019-20 season.
We must wait and see to see if the NBA will actually come back this year.
