Los Angeles Clippers striker Marcus Morris has a son who is due in September and said he plans to be there at birth.

“I wouldn’t miss it for the world,” said Morris about Los Angeles Times’ Tania Ganguli.

Morris’ late arrival in Orlando was due to the fact that he took care of his family since he already has a two year old son at home.

The Clippers have already temporarily let Montrezl Harrell, Patrick Beverley and Lou Williams leave the “bubble”.

Morris might end up missing out on some of the Western Conference Semifinals or Western Conference Finals, depending on when he’s leaving and how the clippers behave in the playoffs.

Gordon Hayward the Boston Celtics and Dennis Schroder of the Oklahoma City Thunder are also planning to leave the “bubble” in the future for the birth of their children.
