Alfie Brody, vice president of global marketing for NBA 2K, also talked about the importance of 2k music.

“Music has always been an integral part of NBA 2K, and every year we work hard to expand our approach to the player gaming experience. This year, we can pass a highly curated list of tracks powered by next-generation technology, and Damian Lillard’s The cover players add unreleased tracks and take the soundtrack to a whole new level; together they embody the NBA 2K21 theme-everything is a game.”

NBA 2k21 will be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 4, and the soundtrack can now be listened to Spotify.
