Lakers’ Russell Westbrook reveals his family’s reaction to returning to Los Angeles
A few weeks ago, after the Washington Wizards traded Russell Westbrook to the Los Angeles Lakers, he has gone home.
Westbrook grew up in Hawthorne, California, attended Lozinger High School and UCLA, and then entered the Oklahoma City Thunder through the 2008 NBA Draft.
The veteran superstar has done everything he can do in the NBA, except for the championship, which is why he chose to join the Lakers.
In his introductory press conference, Westbrook talked about his family’s reaction after learning that he will play in his hometown next season.
