Three years ago that day, LeBron gave James a deep 3-pointer from the left wing at 2:40 in the third quarter to be the title of the postseason of all time.

James did the feat in Game 5 of the 2017 Eastern Conference final when Cavs 135-102 beat Boston Celtics and reached a third consecutive NBA final. His shot brought him 5,989 career playoff points and overtook Michael Jordan (5,987), who held the record for 19 years. The king hit the record in his 212th game, while Jordan played 179 games per game NBA.com.
