Rajon Rondo becomes a free agent, according to the report

Rajon Rondo has reportedly agreed to a deal with the Memphis Grizzlies, reports Shams Charania of Athletic and Stadium.

The Veteran Guard was expected to become the Grizzlies Free Agent before training camp began. He was traded to Memphis in a deal that sent Eric Bledsoe to the Los Angeles Clippers.

Rondo spent his final season with the Atlanta Hawks and Los Angeles Clippers, having won the second career title with the Lakers in 2020.

According to the latest Reports, the Lakers are preferred to sign him now that he has become an unrestricted free agent. Rondo was owed around $ 8 million in the 2021-22 NBA season.
