Any player who tests positive for coronavirus must take two negative tests before traveling.
The league also stipulates that players must undergo a two-day quarantine inspection after arriving in the Orlando bubble.
His Rockets teammates James Harden and Luc Mbah a Moute did not follow Orlando to Orlando.
A Westbrook with a star player who tested positive for the corona virus will cause more players to worry about Orlando’s NBA restart.
Westbrook averaged 27.5 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists in his first season in Houston.
Houston won the playoffs and will play its first game against Dallas on July 31.
