Shannon Sharpe says LeBron James earned MVP against Giannis after winning the number 1 in the West
While Milwaukee Bucks favored Giannis Antetokounmpo for winning consecutive MVPs most of the season, the Los Angeles Lakers point striker LeBron James has spoken in favor of the award.
James said: “As far as the MVP race is concerned, I have shown what I am capable of, not just individually, but also from a team perspective. We are number one in the West.”
LeBron also said that he had silenced many critics who wondered what he would be like if he ever left the Eastern Conference for the Western Conference.

In 60 games so far this season James averages 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.2 steals, 0.4 blocks and 10.6 assists per game, while shooting at 49.8 percent from the ground and 34.9 percent from the depth.
Meanwhile, Antetokounmpo averages 29.6 points, 13.7 rebounds, 1.0 steal, 1.0 block and 5.8 assists per game, while 54.7 percent is fired from the field and 30.6 percent from three in 57 games .
This season’s MVP is determined based on the games played until the league was suspended in March.
