Each leader has his own style, especially in sports, and some teams have multiple leaders.
Take the Golden State Warriors as an example.
Star guard Steph Curry feels that his leadership style is very different from that of his teammate Draymond Green.
When you consider the title of the Warriors in the past five seasons, the team ’s lead singer is undoubtedly Draymond, but this is not to say that Curry has no voice in the dressing room.
After Curry became the best player on the roster, he had to figure out which leadership style worked best for him and other players. They regarded Draymond as the soul of the team.
Speaking with ESPN’s Doris Burke at a small NBA leader meeting, Curry, who won the league MVP twice, was able to share her leadership style and the difference from Green.
“Drummond has a completely different approach in terms of what works for him,” Curry told Burke.
“The most important thing is that you have to look in the mirror every day and say that I have done everything I can to make the people around me better? That does not mean it is tangible, just a feeling . You just keep adding dominoes to the stack based on the identity of the leader. “
As Curry progressed throughout his career, he maintained the same qualities as he showed on and off the court during college.
He is a three-time NBA champion, so it is good for him.
