If various transactions involving star players have decreased in the past few years, the NBA may look very different.

The following are the largest hypothetical transactions that will occur:

  • Scottie Pippen to the Seattle SuperSonics (1994): Bulls get Sean Camp and Rich Pierce; Supersonics get Pippen
  • Kobe Bryant of LeBron James (2007): After the Cavaliers refused, they tried to find other ways to make Kobe Bryant’s team
  • Kevin Garnett and the Lakers (2007): Timberwolves get Lamar Odom and Andrew Bynum; Lakers get Garnett

  • Kyrie Irving to the Bucks (2017): Cavaliers get Chris Middleton and Malcolm Broden; Bucks get Irving
