The New York Knicks are interested in trading Houston Rockets guard Victor Oladipo (Victor Oladipo). Bleaching report.
Oladipo was recently traded to the Rockets as part of a blockbuster deal for the four teams James Harden.
It is widely believed that Houston acquired Oladipo in order to convert Oladipo into more assets before the trade deadline-but the outstanding performance of center Christian Wood and guard John Wall made the team a season Contenders in the playoffs.
Nevertheless, Sherrod Blakely (Sherrod Blakely) said that the Knicks are interested in acquiring two-time All-Star players.
Sherrod Blakely reports: “League sources said the Knicks are one of the teams interested in Oladipo and they will closely monitor the performance of the upcoming free agent before and after the deadline.”
Since coming to Houston, Oladipo has performed well, averaging 21PPG, 4.6RPG, 3.9APG and 1.6SPG per game, shooting 41% from the field and 34% from the three-point range, respectively.
Since Oladipo arrived, the Rockets have been rolling. Eight consecutive victories and six consecutive victories.
It seems unlikely that the Rockets will gain much for Oladipo (the last year of his contract).
In the end, if any team trades for Oladipo, it is because they are more willing to pay him the largest contract than the Rockets.
But for now, the Rockets seem to keep their newly acquired stars in Houston.
