The Golden State Warriors Bigman, Kevon Looney, is 100% back after that is being operated to heal a core muscle injury, per its agent.
“I think he’s 100%” his agent Todd Ramasar told The Mercury News. “It’s one of those things that doesn’t need to be pushed because of the long runway we have at least for the Warriors and Kevon out of season.”
Looney’s problem caused him stomach aches that prevented him from participating in the Warriors games in the 2019-2020 season that ended for his team in March.
Born in Milwaukee, 2019-20 played in only 20 of 65 possible games with an average of 3.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.
The Warriors’ Center will have plenty of time to fully recover and play again in December, as expected based on the NBA schedule for the 2020-21 season.
